Philadelphia Brewing Co. really is the perfect venue for your next private or semi-private event. We have one of the largest spaces of any brewery in the city and can accommodate any and all occasions – whether it’s a small group for Happy Hour – or all of your family and friends for that special day.

Stepping into our historic building is like stepping back into time. Long ago before we were here, Weisbrod & Hess Brewery was pumping out Rheingold beer from 1885-1939 (with a prohibition intermission in between, wink, wink). We embrace the history of Philadelphia Brewing, not only in our name, but with the preservation of our majestic 40,000 sq. ft. building and the decor within it, paying homage to the Weisbrod & Hess legacy throughout. In fact, the Peacock Room – our downstairs bar –  is a reference to Peacock Beverages, which were produced by W&H during the Prohibition Era. Similarly our stunning Tasting Room once served as the stable for the W&H delivery horses!

Our Tasting Room is suitable for large events (up to 130 people). More intimate gatherings can be held in the Plume Room (up to 30 people), or on our Patio (up to 25 people). 

The Plume Room and Patio can be combined. You may bring your own food in for your event or we are willing to work with your favorite food provider to ensure a truly customized brewery event and the best experience possible!
